History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Susannah took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Trey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
