Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mason. She has achieved small success as a Mason.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Norman was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Carpenter.
