Personality: He is fixated on the number 98. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Heward was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult
