History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Tim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dilettante but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
