Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Cecily was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.
