One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Laborer like his father before him.

Description: A 5'6" northern man, he wears professional attire. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
