History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 5'8" and wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She wears her silver hair down. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Alice was born the youngest of three triplets. Alice was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Unemployed. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
