History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Joan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Joan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a Fisher first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She got into the Fisher business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She struck the Fisher job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.
