History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Helen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Helen. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He is in excellent shape and is dressed in an above average manner. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Odo grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Kyle is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Kyle never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
