She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for her, and Millicent does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
