History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: Williamina was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has worked as a Courier like his mother before him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rosalind was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rosalind fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
