History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Richard was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emmeline grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emmeline. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
