Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is portly but not overly obese. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'2". He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull blue iron scale mail. Her blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
