Personality: John is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, John would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
