Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears tattered old clothes. His red hair is still thick. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, blue shirt, and tan tie, and she perpetually has her flail ready. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her ears are large.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Giselle reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A moderately attractive man, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his pastel robe. He has a very tight haircut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
