History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Susannah wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Susannah was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Sailor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
