Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'1" and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heward will drive conversation. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around her ears. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to be a laborer again

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Fortune-teller does. She has no hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She now owns her own business.
