History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new seamstress responsibilities is difficult

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
