History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Avelina took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Justin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
