History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Elysande was born with her mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
