History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Ermina has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she would like to get married and retire
