History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She got into the Navigator business at a young age. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

She conceals her hand crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, marred by sweets. Her silver hair is thinning but still full. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Agatha never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
