Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Junk Dealer who has hired him part-time. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to be a merchant again
