Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Millicent is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so.
