History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Hugh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
