Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting goblins, the young Mary began to lead the lost caravan. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Sellsword soon after.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult
