Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He became a Guard soon after.
