Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is cut close to his head. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Norman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is typically in his Bather uniform. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in the south to a Bather, Kyle learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and wants to work out more often

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Glassblower business.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Money/treasure.
