Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, pastel shirt, and black tie. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
