History: She comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Yvonne was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Yvonne's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Miller. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
