History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Agnes was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
