Description: An older man who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly rapiers and hammers. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He takes great joy in being the best Scribe in town.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She wears a black shirt with thin yellow vertical stripes and brown pants. She carries with her a set of greatswords, each one with a emerald on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her head has been shaved. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Agnes is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.
