Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Helen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful.
