History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hubert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
