History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Helen liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Helen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is a Mortician first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She became a Mortician soon after.

History: Born in the west to a Bounty Hunter, Maynild learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has worked as a Bounty Hunter like her mother before her.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
