History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She became a Mortician soon after.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Brewer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
