Description: He wears just a blue suit, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. He sports a flattop hair cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: An older woman who wears bulky yellow painted plate armor, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Ida was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Detective does. Her long red hair reaches down to her waist. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Sybil hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and expand her business

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Dustin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
