History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
