Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. She has a very tight haircut. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: Standing 3'3", this man wears a white shirt with thin black vertical stripes and green pants. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and regain custody of his son

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Sannl lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and money/treasure

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Healer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a green shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and green pants. His rusty crest has been sun bleached extensively. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Healer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tarhun grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. During his travels, Tarhun and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Tarhun discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Tarhun fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. Her tied-back hair is red. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vonana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
