She has green eyes and a violet hat with a green feather.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Rathkran was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rathkran's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Shamash hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vola is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for her, and Barbena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He now owns his own business.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. Her blue hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
