Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident.
