History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alvyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

History: Ribbles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and further expansion of business

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a red cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. Her hair is red and curly. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Thorin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
