Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Malquis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Keyleth was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Euphemia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
