Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Courier who has hired him part-time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: She stands about 6'2" and wears suspenders and pastel workpants. Her shirt is grey, and she wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her orange fur is unkempt and raggedy. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aerdeth grew up listening to his father's many stories. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His red fur is greasy and uncared for. His yellow eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Marshal. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She wears a black vest and prefers green and red shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are black and beady.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sorath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sorath. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly hand crossbows and longswords. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His eyes are black and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Eldeth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Eldeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Mara lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
