Personality: Grai is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Grai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Shanairla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shanairla was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Shanairla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Bendoo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

History: Bryseis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Paela was born the youngest of three triplets. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, red shirt, and yellow tie. He has styled his dark red hair well, parting it to the right. His silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and an old rival family wants him found

She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it, and her gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. Her lavender fur has been sun bleached extensively. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
