Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His red crest is greasy and uncared for. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mugrunden was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'4". She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baelitae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baelitae. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is typically in his Navigator uniform. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length brown fur. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elegant fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Traki has worked very hard to control his curse. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Leucis was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the east
