Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bounty Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
