So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Cora was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
