History: Born in the north to a Healer, Rûg learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Rûg took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She got into the Assassin business at a young age. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Assassin.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her religion dominates her actions

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and expand his business

She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Servant. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She got into the Servant business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Ella never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to be a painter again

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. Rose is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Farmer father left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
