History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Taklinn embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. After coming to the age of reason, Verna took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: This dark-skinned female wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available she will default to her sword. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Nyx was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nyx grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nyx. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Harvest embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
